The location proved convenient to key attractions. The staff member at reception was polite and helpful. I found extra amenities available upon request, including a kettle and towels. I had a clean room with two new toilet rolls and handwash.

The bathroom lacked towel rails. This was a small inconvenience.

The hotel had a great location, so close to everything i wanted to see. my room offered a tower view, a nice bonus! the staff were friendly and cute. i really appreciated how clean and quiet the hotel was. I got a great night's sleep.

i noticed the wifi signal was a bit weak in my room, a minor inconvenience.

My room included clean towels and fresh bedding. It was well maintained! i had a wardrobe with enough space. a handy extension lead was available so i could plug in my devices. the new handwash smelled lovely.

Simple comfort and a great team!

Vicky was so kind to my little boy. It was my first solo trip with him, and she. I really appreciated her kindness. The hotel is quite central and near the shops and coach station. We got double beds, a pleasant surprise, I found the room clean. There were two new toilet rolls and handwash and towels, also there was even an extension lead. There was also a small chair and wardrobe.

I was informed that the fire alarm in my room was sensitive. If the shower steam set it off, I would incur a £50 charge. Because of this, I didn't shower .

The hotel benefits from its proximity to local attractions. Shops are nearby, and the coach station is easily accessible for convenient transportation. I didn't even need a taxi to get around.

My double room offered basic comfort after a long travel day. There was a chair and a small wardrobe in the room, very handy to keep my clothes and some souvenirs I bought .

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vicky. She was so amazing. She was always ready to assist with directions, a very lovely detail, she really cares about the guests.

I visited the bar. It had a nice atmosphere. Although I did not have a full meal, the drink selection was adequate, and the area was clean. The bartender always kept an eye on tidiness.
