Fairmont Scottsdale Princess features 750 guest rooms. Accommodations include two Presidential Suites, 66 Fairmont Gold rooms, and 122 Privado ultra-luxe rooms. Each room has living and work areas, patios, refreshment centers, and bathrooms. Rooms showcase Southwest patterns.

Dining Options

The hotel features five restaurants. La Hacienda serves Mexican cuisine under Richard Sandoval. Bourbon Steak features beef and poultry slow-poached in butter, grilled, and finished over wood flames. Guests can also experience cocktail classes, on the first and third Thursday of every month from 6 to 7 pm in the bar and lounge, led by the lead Mixologist, including an accompanying course. A modern menu with seasonal fruits, vegetables, and high-quality meats and cheeses is available.

Leisure and Wellness

The resort includes six pools. Guests have access to the Well & Being Spa, which features mummy body wraps and adventure boot camps. Well & Being Spa offers experiences that infuse life with vitality. The spa's design is inspired by Havasupai, a hidden oasis in the Grand Canyon. Spa includes steam baths inspired by Japanese tradition. Guests can also try an uplifting massage with a body mousse infused with skin nourishing botanical oils and full spectrum hemp oil. New women's boutique located just behind the main lobby features the latest trends from designers like Nicole Miller and Henry & Belle.
