surprisingly charming!

friendly staff comfortable bed satisfying breakfast

the staff was so friendly, i had access to teas and coffees. the decor was pleasing! the bed was quite comfortable. i found the breakfast satisfying and it had comfortable pillows.

The room felt a bit cramped. It could be challenging for more than one person.

great location easy walk great staff small room little air undercooked eggs

The hotel location is superb. It is close to transport. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff seemed great.

The room I had was very small. It did not have much air. It was impossible to move around. The breakfast seemed okay but some items were not good. The bacon was burnt and the eggs were undercooked.

the room was well maintained the features looked new i found the staff helpful the hotel's location was perfect near the eurostar terminal and city center i appreciated the proximity to shops and sights i found it easy to get around without a car

the ac in the room made noise but did not warm the room well

superb location friendly staff small room qr code system

The location was superb. it was close to many restaurants and shops. the staff were friendly and always available to assist, even when i arrived late. The check-in process was straightforward.

My room was quite small, and moving around with luggage proved difficult. It was a cosy single room after all. the qr code system for room entry was sometimes finicky, which caused delays in accessing my room.
