loved the convenient location!

luggage storage sweet touch

the luggage storage was super helpful, i could explore more (before and after check-in!). i also received a welcome gift with fruit and wine, it was such a sweet touch. room cleaning happened daily, which i thought was fantastic.

the bath spa randomly turned on at 11pm and 2am! it was really loud and woke me up. thankfully, the staff helped disable it the next day to prevent it from happening again.

the room was modern and clean, with a well-kept spa bath (i used it every night!). i really enjoyed having a tv with movies. the staff provided tea and coffee facilities. a fridge, so i always had refreshments.

this location is close to the train terminal, it made travelling easier. many restaurants are nearby, so i found it easy to have dinner. it was also a short walk to many historic attractions, the location was amazing.

the location was super convenient near termini station i walked everywhere. the room also had a smart tv i watched some netflix on it.

the elevator was tiny it felt pretty old.

malfunctioning button ineffective soundproofing

The room i stayed in felt smaller than i anticipated. Maneuvering around luggage proved difficult. the sensory shower also had a malfunctioning button. two single beds pushed together formed the double bed. They separated easily. this impacted my sleep. also, the soundproofing wasn't effective enough! the noise from outside disturbed my rest.
