the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, acceptable
the front desk staff seemed to lack adequate knowledge to assist guests. we asked for restaurant recommendations and were directed to two places that were closed. also the happy hour drinks advertised on the tv in the room were not honored at the bar the advertised promotion was misleading and disappointing

i booked a room with sea view, yet the view had buildings. the sink was in the room's middle, and water got everywhere.
