Adequate stay, some drawbacks

I appreciated the housekeeping services. Sarah kept the room in excellent condition each day, paying close attention to detail. The hotel is also in a good location, with access to public transport (a definite plus for getting around).

During check-in, I received a room different from what I booked. I insisted on changing rooms, though I had already paid for a larger room.
