great breakfast good evening meal chilled space taxi issues reception unhelpful no support

i loved the location near the coast and the lively corniche! it was also a short walk to the medina. the hotel served a good evening meal and a really good breakfast, especially since it was during ramadan. the lobby was a chilled space.

The reception staff seemed unable to help with taxi issues. They only apologized. they didn't attempt to book taxis for us, even for airport transport. when the taxi driver quoted a different price, they didn't help resolve the issue.

This hotel is very modern. The breakfast menus replaced the buffet with excellent options. The rooftop bar was perfect. I loved the comfortable and clean environment.

I had a slight issue with taxi drivers.

Modern Amenities and Great Location

nearby supermarket great restaurant reliable wifi

I appreciated the supermarket located just one block away, very convenient. The ATM across the road was also a plus. The rooftop area features a lovely restaurant. It has great views. I found both the Wifi and air conditioning worked without problems.

The staff was very helpful, but did not attempt to fix the transportation issues. The driver asked for a different price and they only apologized. I think they should have tried to resolve the issue.

The hotel is in a very convenient area. It is close to the main Medina and offers easy access to various attractions. I walked to the Medina in just about 10 minutes to experience authentic restaurants.

i was happy the location was quite central. the hotel had a modern feel i found appealing. the rooftop sushi bar provided lovely music and drinks i very much enjoyed.

the room was quite small. the lighting was not very comfortable for me. there were no slippers provided i would have very much liked those.

convenient location useful fridge little space not enough towels

the hotel's location was very convenient, a short walk to casa port station. the room featured a mini kitchenette and a fridge, very useful. it also had city and terrace views. i found it easy to navigate to the main areas from there.

my room was a bit small. the toilet seat area had too little space. also, i found no instructions on how to call the front desk from my room. towels weren't enough for two people.
