Riviera Suites, located in South Beach, offers accommodations from Classic Rooms to One Bedroom Suites. Rooms feature hardwood floors and stainless steel utilities in two separate bathroom spaces. A wall-mounted 42-inch plasma smart TV, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, designer toiletries, and mini-refrigerator are included. Classic Rooms feature king or queen beds with white, leather bed frames, all-white bedding, and colorful accents. Select rooms include a leather love-seat and an oriental inspired elephant end table. The Balcony guestrooms have one king-size bed or two queen-size beds and a furnished chrome balcony. The Studio Penthouse includes a queen-sized bed, bathroom with rain shower head, fully equipped kitchen with gourmet cooktops, stainless steel appliances, and a personal Keurig coffee machine. Each suite has cotton pillow top mattresses, all-white bedding, colorful accents, and an oversized writing desk. A maximum of 2 guests can be accommodated in the Classic room. A maximum of 4 guests can stay in the Queen Queen rooms; fees apply for additional guests.

the staff was very helpful . the hotel features two pools, including a rooftop option. i found them clean and relaxing. the location is convenient (it's near the convention center). i also appreciated the proximity to the beach.

the staff was attentive at the front desk. they addressed inquiries promptly and courteously. i did not require additional assistance , but they seemed prepared to help guests. (it gave a good impression).

the hotel has two pools, with the rooftop pool offering nice views. the pools seemed well maintained and clean. the main building pool area includes some seating and shaded sections. the hotel also offers baggage storage after checkout.

the hotel is near the convention center. the beach is also nearby, about a block and a half away. a cvs store is within walking distance, roughly one block away. it's a convenient location.

Fantastic Hotel Stay

The room was large! It definitely had a classic feel with good air conditioning. The facility included a rooftop pool area. I enjoyed that you needed a code to enter the building. I felt safe. The location was excellent for accessing the beach, shopping, and dining. There is a convenience store close by that has everything you need.
My biggest issue was the lack of towel racks near the sink. Shelf space for toiletries would be very helpful because the space around the sink is very limited. This minor inconvenience could use improvements.

The hotel includes cozy outdoor seating and a rooftop pool. The pool has many chairs for lounging, and the area felt clean and well maintained at all times. The gym featured several cardio machines and free weights. These facilities allowed for a productive workout!
