My stay lasted three nights and it was good. Marcia's check-in was smooth for our group of seventeen. The hotel's location offers easy walking to various destinations. Proximity to the beach was also a great advantage. I would consider a future stay.

The towel card policy was not communicated well. Forgetting to return it resulted in an unexpected charge.

The pool stayed open until 8 PM which was acceptable.

The room windows were fogged up so I couldn't see clearly. The carpets were also dirty so I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. Everything felt overused and needs a remodel so I was disappointed.

The system change was a mess because they dropped hilton. my check-in was a problem. the valet took forever. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get my car. i could not connect to the free wifi and my cell service was spotty. it was really frustrating.

My room was not ready when I arrived. The lobby had lots of guests complaining about rooms not cleaned. the bed was way too hard. There was also a lake with trash.
