Excellent Amenities and Great Service
king bed pool view modern gym
My room had a king bed. It also had a terrace that faced the pool area. The gym features several treadmills. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay
smooth check-in convenient location easy access future stay
My stay lasted three nights and it was good. Marcia's check-in was smooth for our group of seventeen. The hotel's location offers easy walking to various destinations. Proximity to the beach was also a great advantage. I would consider a future stay.
The towel card policy was not communicated well. Forgetting to return it resulted in an unexpected charge.

The staff showed helpfulness and provided directions to nearby dining and shopping locations. They used text messages to check on my satisfaction. Customer service was great. the activities provided added value.
Facilities

The gym has adequate equipment for a basic workout routine. The pool area includes comfortable loungers and shaded sections. The hotel offers private beach access across the street. this makes it convenient to come and go.

The room was spacious and bright. The room included two separate sinks. The room had a rainfall shower. The aesthetics and art contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.

fogged windows dirty carpets
The pool stayed open until 8 PM which was acceptable.
The room windows were fogged up so I couldn't see clearly. The carpets were also dirty so I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. Everything felt overused and needs a remodel so I was disappointed.

system change slow valet
The system change was a mess because they dropped hilton. my check-in was a problem. the valet took forever. It took 20 to 30 minutes to get my car. i could not connect to the free wifi and my cell service was spotty. it was really frustrating.

Acceptable but with issues
My room was not ready when I arrived. The lobby had lots of guests complaining about rooms not cleaned. the bed was way too hard. There was also a lake with trash.
