amazing getaway!
cool way rooftop service
i totally loved the free electric bikes! what a cool way to explore. the rooftop pool offered amazing drinks and food. the service was prompt and attentive, which i value a lot. i definitely felt pampered.
I only had two vouchers for the included breakfast. This was annoying because there were three of us in the room. it would have been better to get vouchers for everyone. the pillows were flat and uncomfortable too.

The suite included a well-stocked mini bar and clean linens. It had a separate sitting area. the provided balcony offered a nice view. the room was also spacious, providing enough space to relax without feeling cramped.

the staff was friendly and cute. andrew was a great host in the lobby. jimmy mixed a delicious watermelon lemon drink, a perfect refreshment! rosario at night check-in made everything very easy.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! Wilson from valet parking and the front desk staff were all excellent. The restaurant was nice. I intend to visit again on my next trip.
The road outside was quite noisy! If you get a room facing that direction it will be bothersome.

Quiet Hotel with Excellent Amenities

I found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations. My room included beach towels, umbrellas, and bags available for use. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and wine at specific times. I appreciated the proximity to the beach. It was a short walk to Ocean Drive.
The pool area got a little crowded during peak hours, it was hard to find chairs.

absent valet spiral staircase
The valet service was questionable. It seemed like the valet was perpetually absent from his post, causing considerable delays when i needed my car. the duplex apartment featured a dreadful spiral staircase i found treacherous to navigate. also, the glass bedroom door with only a roller blind offered zero privacy. Anyone passing by could easily see into the room. i found this quite disconcerting.

i found the valet parking to be convenient, costing $45 per night with unlimited in and out privileges. i experienced a quick resolution regarding a small overcharge on a tip, managed with admirable honesty by the staff. the hotel offers complimentary amenities, including a beach bag, towels, and a yoga mat for guest use.
the elevator service was somewhat slow, as only one elevator was to be operational .

inconsistent experience at this spot
restaurant noise insecure access
the rooftop pool provided a welcome escape with enjoyable snacks and drinks available. it's something positive.
My room was located next door to the main building above the patio restaurant. I felt vulnerable because there was no reception area there. accessing the room meant walking through the restaurant seating area. the thumping music from the restaurant below was also bothersome.
