i loved the hotel's central location a very short walk from the beach. the sunbeds and beach towels provided were a lovely touch making beach trips easy. the building itself felt very special with a unique historic character. the staff were helpful and stored our luggage after checkout allowing us to explore freely.

the elevator had maintenance issues for a couple of days causing some inconvenience

Check-in service provided by Jessica was really good. She was warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent. I found several good restaurants were within walking distance. The valet service was useful.

The air conditioning was quite noisy. I reported this upon checkout.

the architecture and style felt amazing. a rooftop bar and pool area was relaxing. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. restaurants and bars around the hotel was very convenient. housekeeping services are attentive. complimentary loungers at the beach are a plus.

the noise level in my room sounded high and disturbing. i wish they improve this for quiet stays.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It was easy to access nearby attractions. Staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The rooftop pool offered nice views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel provided useful luggage storage after checkout. This allowed for more sightseeing.

The bar did not carry my preferred beer brand. This limited drink choices.

the staff was friendly. the rooftop amenity was beautiful. the entire hotel was impeccably styled. we will likely be back every year!

the room was super small. the bed covered most of it. walking around the room was hard and pointy ends of the bed were so close to the walls. the bathroom door did not close very well and it did not even have a lock.
