I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It was easy to access nearby attractions. Staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. The rooftop pool offered nice views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel provided useful luggage storage after checkout. This allowed for more sightseeing.

The bar did not carry my preferred beer brand. This limited drink choices.

The room was stylish. It featured modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The space included a king-sized bed, a seating area, and a well-equipped bathroom. A large television with streaming services provided entertainment. I really appreciated the coffee machine.

Hotel personnel were friendly and accommodating. The staff readily answered questions and addressed requests. Check-in was efficient. This made arrival easy. José was helpful. HE helped my mom ALOT!

the staff was friendly. the rooftop amenity was beautiful. the entire hotel was impeccably styled. we will likely be back every year!

the room was super small. the bed covered most of it. walking around the room was hard and pointy ends of the bed were so close to the walls. the bathroom door did not close very well and it did not even have a lock.
