The promised free taxi service from the airport was a disaster. After multiple calls and a long wait, a vehicle arrived. It was too small for my luggage so I ended up taking a regular taxi. The moldy smell in the hotel room was quite strong and unpleasant.. the internet was unreliable.

the reception staff were so kind , and i appreciated their warm welcome. the newly renovated lobby had a trendy design , and the small size of the hotel created a homey feeling. i found the pool area very comfortable and pretty.
the restaurant's policy regarding to-go cups was confusing , limiting where i could enjoy my coffee. i wished i could have brought my coffee to the room easily.

The front desk staff was amazing! they addressed all questions immediately. i really loved being so close to the beach. It's only a block away. plus, the hotel provided beach chairs and towels. it made beach trips so convenient! i enjoyed the rooftop a lot.
the elevator wait times were long at peak hours.

The front desk staff was helpful and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. Citi bikes were available near the hotel and , made exploring the area easy and fun. Beach access was convenient, I appreciated the provided chairs and towels. The rooftop pool was a major highlight. I enjoyed relaxing there each afternoon.
The elevators were slow. Sometimes I had to wait a little longer than expected.

the location was ideal.. a short walk led us to the beach, and nearby restaurants and shops were plentiful. our room included bottles of fizz as a welcome gift, a thoughtful touch. the downstairs tavern offered convenient options for coffee or breakfast.
the television in our room didn't get all sports channels, limiting our viewing options. parking was also a bit challenging to find nearby.
