The bedroom side of the condo features one queen bed, one full-size bed, and a twin bed on top, plus a 32" HDTV, DVD player, alarm clock, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Bathrooms include hairdryers. Condos provide bed linens and towels. Maximum condo occupancy is 5 adults or 7 total.

Landmarks nearby include Mount Pemigewasset (0.5 km), Clark's Trading Post (1.5 km), Cascade Park (2.5 km), Loon Mountain (0.5 km), and Jean's Playhouse (0.5 km). Lebanon Municipal Airport is 100 km away. It's central to one of the most accessible resorts in New England. Guests can explore Franconia Notch State Park and the Franconia Notch Bike Path.
