Rivergreen Resort, located at 48 Cooper Memorial Drive, Lincoln, NH 03251, offers studios and suites. All units except Hotel Rooms include patios or balconies with mountain or wooded views. Condos consist of two separate rooms with bathrooms, Cable TV, and DVD/VCRs. Each studio has a full kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower stall. The living room includes a sofa, recliner, sitting chairs, a dining table, a closet, a 40" HDTV, a DVD player, and a queen Murphy bed. Kitchens are equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishes. The bedroom side of the condo features one queen bed, one full-size bed, and a twin bed on top, plus a 32" HDTV, DVD player, alarm clock, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Bathrooms include hairdryers. Condos provide bed linens and towels. Maximum condo occupancy is 5 adults or 7 total.

Rivergreen Resort features an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and laundry facilities in the basement accessible by elevator. Guests can relax in the Great Room, which offers seating and river views, or in the reading nook on the 2nd-floor lobby. An arcade/game room is available. Landmarks nearby include Mount Pemigewasset (0.5 km), Clark's Trading Post (1.5 km), Cascade Park (2.5 km), Loon Mountain (0.5 km), and Jean's Playhouse (0.5 km). Lebanon Municipal Airport is 100 km away. It's central to one of the most accessible resorts in New England. Guests can explore Franconia Notch State Park and the Franconia Notch Bike Path.
