great place with fantastic staff

The staff were all very helpful. Nothing was like too much trouble (i really mean it). my room overlooked the river, and i enjoyed watching the boats. the hotel also offers free bike hire, a great way to see the area. there is a free shuttle service to the old town several times per day.

The atm is about 2km away. I would have preferred it if it was closer to the hotel.

the breakfast selection included a great variety of hot food options, fresh fruit, salads, cereals, and different types of bread, with staff regularly restocking items to ensure availability (i especially enjoyed the pastries).

The hotel is located near a river, providing scenic views from many rooms and the pool area. Cua dai beach is just a short walk, about three minutes away. restaurants, spas, and mini-marts are conveniently located just outside the hotel.

The staff members speak english well and were always attentive and helpful. They are willing to assist with any requests to ensure a great stay. i especially want to commend anna, lily, and tien for their kindness and really good service.

The rooms were spacious, well kept, and clean, with high ceilings and good air conditioning. The beds were comfortable with ample shelf space, and the bathrooms had good water pressure. i found my room to be very comfortable and functional.

I enjoyed the large bathtub in my room. My kids played there. the beach was very close. My father visited it four times daily. the pool had shaded areas. My family could swim without worrying about the sun.

The shuttle to the city wasn't very frequent. It also ended early. i noticed that the hotel seemed a bit worn. the breakfast was just okay. It wasn't very inspiring.
