Good stay with beach access

room upgrade afternoon tea

The hotel staff, Uyen and Icha, were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. I received a room upgrade. afternoon tea was included daily, a welcome treat. The location is great, right by the beach, and the swimming pool was a nice addition.

I waited a long time for luggage to be delivered to my room after check-in. I had to go downstairs to find out why the luggage was delayed. This took just over an hour. The hotel seemed old and somewhat run-down.

The location is excellent with direct beach access. I enjoyed afternoon tea, complimentary. The staff were very supportive and always ready to help! The variety of food available was also a plus. I found many choices.

The elevators seemed a bit slow sometimes.

the staff are nice and helpful. ms kha and ms anh at reception. the beds in the hotel are very comfortable. walking distance to food is a plus.

the hotel is aging, i see parts of the building that seemed abandoned. hallways, elevators, and common areas are not clean or maybe just old. the room felt small.

Fantastic Beachside Stay

The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed speaking with the bell hop. He offered great local tips. The shower was excellent. The hotel has chairs and a bar across the street (a very short walk).

I noticed the hotel photos online did not fully match the reality. It looks a bit older than the pictures suggest. I found a strong citrus smell in the hallways.

Uyen, chi, and long were helpful. I liked that they were friendly. they helped organize tickets, i thought that was nice. they also treated me to a free upgrade.

The floor was scratched badly. I noticed this when i entered my room.
