The staff members were friendly and helpful . They offered quick assistance with directions. The hotel provided a secure luggage storage service. I could explore the area without carrying bags. The room was very clean, and housekeeping ensured it remained tidy daily.

The pillow felt somewhat firm for my liking.

broken tiles unsafe shower

the location was good , near the metro station.

the bathroom was very small , and the floor tiles were broken , it felt unsafe in the shower. i was disappointed by the state of the bathroom.

The location was quite convenient, a few minutes from the metro and tram stop. the staff was really friendly. the room was clean and it was comfortable. I really enjoyed that.

The room itself was ok. The furniture seemed a bit dated. the bathroom was tiny, shaving was difficult without flooding the entire room. also, during the entire second night an alarm was constantly sounding. it was quite disturbing.
