inconvenient bathroom low ceiling

The staff were cute and professional the rooms are well equipped and maintained

The room was small and the bathroom was inconvenient I found low ceilings and water poured on the floor towel while showering The aircon was set to heating I couldn't change it so I had to change the room

decent stay near hero's square

convenient location nearby cafes m1 subway ground floor sound isolation reception noise

the location proved convenient for visiting hero's square. i easily accessed the park and enjoyed the surrounding cafes. the proximity to the m1 subway line was also useful. it allowed for quick trips to other parts of the area.

the room i occupied was on the ground floor, near the reception area. sound isolation was not good. i could hear conversations and noises from the reception area late into the night. this made it difficult to fall asleep.

helpful staff spacious bathroom fresh options easy access

the staff was very helpful with directions. my room included a large bed and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast buffet had many choices and fresh options! i also appreciated the easy access to public transportation from the hotel.

The room service menu was somewhat limited. Though this was a minor issue.

the fitness center offered several cardio machines including treadmills and elliptical trainers. there was also a selection of free weights and resistance machines available. i also saw that the hotel has a conference room which looked spacious, with modern equipment.

the hotel restaurant featured a breakfast buffet with pastries, cold cuts, and hot dishes. i noticed it also offered a dinner menu with local specialties and international cuisine. the restaurant's decor was modern, with comfortable seating arrangements.
