clean hotel hairdryer delicious breakfast
i found the hotel very clean. my room had great amenities including a full-sized hairdryer. breakfast at a nearby bakery named Norma was delicious i RECOMMEND it.

comfy bed helpful staff cold temperature heater device
my room included a comfy bed and plenty of hanging space. the staff were also friendly and helpful. it was a good location and a twenty minute walk to hotspots.
the room i stayed in had cold temperature. the conditioner wasn't functioning correctly so they gave me heater. i think they try to save money.

modern design helpful staff convenient location
the hotel is very modern and clean. it is located near many shops and restaurants. the staff was always ready to help with any questions i had. i appreciated the luggage storage after checkout.
the street was a bit noisy at night.

the double room included roof lights and adequate space. the bathroom had a separated toilet cubicle next to the shower cubicle. the sink was located in the main room area.

The hotel provides free coffee in the lobby. wifi access is available throughout the hotel. It worked well. amenities included a full-sized hairdryer, a safe, toiletries, and ample clothes storage.

Breakfast was not on-site but at a nearby bakery called norma. it's just a minute's walk and i recommend it. It has amazing options. the menu has a limited choice though.

mixed experience due to service and room flaws
unpleasant smell lack of hot water
the hotel had a good location close to various attractions.
the room lacked hot water and had an unpleasant smell. i informed the staff about these issues upon arrival, but they were not addressed . this lack of concern from the staff regarding these complaints was disappointing. the value did not align with the money spent.
