broken jacuzzipoor cleaning

the spa area was a letdown the jacuzzi was cold and not working the entire time i was there i also noticed some grime around the pool tiles and in the corners of the sauna it made me question the overall cleanliness of the wellness facilities the broken jacuzzi, dirty sauna

The breakfast had good variety. i found plenty of seating available. the staff was friendly and helpful. Especially in the restaurant.

the wellness area seemed very far from the rooms. i noticed the aroma room was not working. i think the layout of the bathroom is awkward and it was difficult to use the sink.

the breakfast was good for a business trip, i have to admit.

The room was not very clean. It was quite dusty actually. the towels and bedsheets didn't smell freshly washed. They had a stale smell. i think this is unacceptable.

The room was not cleaned well, and I noticed dirty walls. The towels did not seem fresh. The shower area also needed better cleaning.
