The breakfast was delicious and offered a large selection. Everyone could find something to enjoy. The staff was very friendly. I found their service very helpful.
I noticed a few areas in the bedroom needed better cleaning. The inside of the bathroom door looked quite dirty. I also saw what looked to be spilled drink stains on the skirting board near the bed.

the location was acceptable for exploring nearby areas.
The shower was temperamental. I could only get hot water if the handles were in a specific position, and changing the temperature meant risking cold water. i also noticed a few spots in the bedroom that were not clean, like the inside of the bathroom door and drink stains on the skirting board (i didn't expect to see that). these issues detracted from the overall experience.

raj's welcome stood out. the hotel offered easy internet and phone communication. i found an ironing board in the room, a plus. the tea and coffee provisions were convenient.
cleaning felt overlooked in a couple spots. the bathroom door had grime, and i saw drink stains near the bed. these were easily noticeable issues.
