Superb Stay Near Everything!

soothing beverages helpful staff

The staff helped me greatly. I arrived early and felt unwell. Dahlia and Lorenzo provided beverages and assistance until my room was ready. My room was upgraded to a beautiful suite with black and white decor. The staff checked on me through the evening, AMAZING!!!

The room's air conditioning malfunctioned. This made me uncomfortable as I felt frozen in my room. The shower had some mould.

The hotel's location was fantastic (close to main attractions). My room included a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries. The staff helped me with valet parking.

My room had very little closet space.

The reception team offered excellent support for directions to local sights and arranged taxi services quickly. They provided maps and clearly explained the best walking routes, ensuring I could easily explore the area. Their assistance was invaluable.

I spent 3 nights here and the location could not be better. it is very close to everything. the team at the front desk helped with recommendations for tour groups and restaurants. Their help making reservations was invaluable. i also found the breakfast wonderful with delicious options. The restaurant staff were attentive. i really enjoyed my time.

the lift is a little small, though it was never really a problem.
