The lady at the reception was really polite! She was also very helpful giving local information along with a detailed map. The location is great. The train station is only about a seven minute walk.
The lack of air conditioning was not ideal, so it was hot and difficult to sleep. A ceiling fan was available, but it was still hot. I could see that some maintenance is needed.
