mixed feelings about location and noise.

awful noise poor insulation

The location was acceptable. It was close to the train station.

The noise was awful from the nearby square! it seemed like the people were right outside my window. the sound insulation was clearly not a priority. Even with closed windows, the noise was intrusive.
