The hotel is stylish. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. the rooftop had amazing views of cattedrale di santa maria del fiore. breakfast was nice with calm music in the hotel's living room, which i enjoyed.

The bedroom was not as nicely designed. I thought the arm chairs and wardrobe looked cheap. the colors were dull and dark. It was a bit bleak.

The location is on the fourth floor of a building along the arno river. I walked from there to all attractions. the hotel is just off the historical center. it is on a quiet street.

the room was ok i guess, it had a mini bar though i did not use it at all, but its there.

i was so annoyed that i couldn't even watch tv in the room. like what is this, a prison cell. i feel so backward. the internet was so slow, i couldn't even load youtube.

the breakfast was lovely. the rooftop terrace is great. the staff was friendly and helpful, i was charmed. the location was a perfect base for exploring this magical city.

the air conditioning only ran for an hour, i had to manually restart it, and i woke up sweaty every hour.
