Excellent Location and Friendly Service
railway station kind staff
The hotel is very close to the railway station. The reception staff are kind, and the rooms are cleaned daily. EVERYTHING met my needs perfectly. I found it a GREAT value for THE location.
The mattress in the room was WORN, and I experienced backache because of it. The management needs to check all beds and replace old mattresses. THIS would greatly improve guest comfort.

excellent location vintage style manual elevator helpful staff
the location was excellent near the train station. i found the vintage style inside very interesting with traditional windows. the elevator required manual door operation. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the walls were a bit thin, and i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

breakfast offered a good selection, and i found many choices to my liking. the breakfast area was clean, well-kept and well-stocked, with staff regularly replenishing the buffet. the service made for an efficient and satisfying start to the day.

great location and staff
the hotel is close to the train station, which i found very convenient. the staff were amazing, they were understanding and helpful. i could also keep my bags after checkout which was a great help!
the corridor had a slight moisture smell, though it didn't affect my room.

the hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the train station, it makes arrival and departure easy. via faenza with its excellent shops and restaurants is parallel to the hotel. i found the duomo to be only a short walk away.

helpful staff ideal location unadjustable airflow narrow mattress
The staff was very helpful and cute. the location was ideal. It was a short walk to the train station and allowed easy access to many attractions (i loved exploring the nearby via faenza!).
the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, and there was no way to adjust the airflow. i found that the mattress was narrower than the bed frame, a bit uncomfortable (it was a minor issue though).
