The STAFF were friendly. As it was my second visit, I knew what to expect. My kid enjoyed the pool every day. This trip was about relaxation, and it delivered. Everything felt just right for unwinding and enjoying our time together. The staff were always helpful.

the PUBLIC ferries to Langkawi were infrequent. We waited two hours between ferries once. This disrupted our plans for the day. A more frequent service would greatly enhance convenience.
