I loved the pools. They were amazing and clean. i also liked the 24-hour cafe. It provided convenient dining options at any time!
The air conditioning in my room was rather noisy. It made it difficult to adjust to a comfortable setting.

i enjoyed the spacious room, it had a large bed. the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. breakfast provided a lot of variety. the staff were friendly and ready to help, which i found quite charming.
i found the check-in process a bit slow, taking longer than expected. it would have been BETTER if it was more streamlined.

the location near cenang was convenient. rooms offered comfort. a helpful water sports counter was right on the beach. jay jay arranged enjoyable activities like jet ski and parasailing. island hopping was accessible at the resort.
The hotel showed its age. Updating is needed. Some furniture was worn.

The pools are fantastic, especially the one with an endless edge overlooking the sea. It created a real postcard moment. dining spaces are varied. Seaside meals and 24-hour café service offered delicious options.

the beach was very clean. the pool was also very clean. the gardens were well maintained, i could see that.
the rooms do look tired. i was expecting more for the price. the breakfast had a large selection of food, but i struggled to find something healthy.
