outdoor seating excellent restaurant balcony view

The patisserie has both indoor and outdoor seating. This was very convenient. The hotel restaurant provided excellent service. My room had a balcony facing a beautiful mosque.

The staff was generally okay, but they did not proactively offer directions or guidance outside the hotel. It was noticeable

convenient location professional sultan organized buffet various dishes

i found the location convenient near vezniceler station. the grand bazaar was also within walking distance. the hotel arranged a trip to bursa and sultan was professional. breakfast offered a well-organized buffet with various dishes.

the minibar was not refilled . the safe did not function and there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke from the ac unit. the pillow felt somewhat like a balloon.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The bathroom had a nice rain shower. Breakfast had a limited selection yet it was ok. The pool was good and quiet.
