The central location was excellent. We got to everything in about 20 minutes. a walmart was close, so we could buy water and snacks, and the room had a fridge. That was very practical. there were souvenir shops nearby too, so shopping was easy.
The shuttle times didn't really work for us. We ended up using ubers. also, there were not many reachable outlets in the room. It was difficult to charge my phone.

i found the location excellent for visiting disney parks. i appreciated the laundry room available for guest use. having a microwave and refrigerator in the room added convenience. the breakfast offered a good start to the day.

poor communicationshuttle service
I was disappointed with a few things. the free shuttle service was not good. i found there was a lack of communication from the shuttle company. the coordinator seemed to blame guests for not having reservations. This happened several times. also, during a rainy evening, they didn't want to pick us up, even though we had seniors in a wheelchair and a scooter. this was a major reason i chose this hotel. i wish they would change shuttle companies.

the location was acceptable due to its proximity to the theme parks.
the room was not clean upon arrival i noticed hair on the bathroom floor and some stains on the bed sheets the air conditioner made a loud noise all night making it hard to sleep this greatly detracted from my stay
