Kayla was very patient and helpful when I asked questions about my room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed. I loved the lovely, clean pool with a nice bar.
The hotel is worn with scraped walls and unfinished spackle in some places. There were no carts available to help with luggage. The front desk would only give four individual coffee pods at a time, which required repeated trips to get more.

the suite was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, it featured modern appliances. i appreciated the washer and dryer within the suite. this made laundry convenient, the beds were also comfortable.
the pool closed early! this was a real disappointment as we wanted to enjoy an evening swim after a day at the parks.

i found my room close to universal studio's which was super convenient! the room was spacious and clean, it really seemed like home. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the pool and hot tub were really nice additions too!
I did notice that the beds could use an upgrade. They weren't as comfortable as i expected.

The hotel offers a selection of breakfast options. I received a voucher for a set menu. it includes savory choices with orange juice or coffee, but customization is unavailable and sweet options aren't provided. The service was quite slow.

the outdoor pool area includes a bar and provides a clean, tidy atmosphere . there is an itrolley stop located just outside the car park entrance. i found it convenient to use both the itrolley and rideshare services for transport, like uber and lyft!

My suite was equipped with a separate bedroom, providing ample space. I loved it! the bathroom had both a shower and a tub. the suite featured a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer which really accommodated all my needs.
