awesome family stay near the pier
family suite useful toaster convenient location
The upgrade to the family suite with a kitchenette was great! it included everything we needed, even a toaster. the location is very close to the pier and restaurants. A publix is right across the street. the beds are very comfortable, i slept soundly each night.
The air refresher smell upon entering was somewhat strong. It would be better if it were a little more subtle.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. they were quick to answer questions and provide directions. the check-in process was smooth. I appreciated their efficiency.

A wonderful beachside getaway!

I was SOOOO grateful for the location right on the beach next to the pier. The room with a balcony overlooking the beach and a separate seating area was a HUGE plus. I appreciated the free parking and charging points for electric cars, a super convenient feature.
The air conditioning unit was LOUD. It disrupted an otherwise relaxing stay.

The hotel has a fire pit area . Two pools are available. I especially liked the pool that included a bar. The hotel offers direct beach access, perfect for morning walks.

The free breakfast had a good variety of choices for a satisfying start. I noticed pancakes, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and yogurt among the options available. The adjacent restaurant offers both service and food that are very pleasant.

Comfortable Stay Near the Pier

I stayed here before my cruise. The location is close to the pier and dining options. The heated pool was a plus because the weather was cool. The room was clean and well maintained .
The ice machine was out of service on my floor. I had to go to another area to get ice. This was a minor inconvenience during my one-night stay.

the room was newly updated. it had a great location steps away from the pool, beach, and pier. breakfast was included with fresh coffee and food.
the shuttle arrived late. it did cause some inconvenience.

adequate stay, some issues
slow drain bathroom hairs
The room had some cleanliness issues. i found a few hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the shower drain was also quite slow, so i stood in pooling water. it wasn't terrible. but it was not ideal. I expect better for the price.

the pool area had many chairs and tables. breakfast included fresh fruit and yogurt. the staff was nice and helpful, specifically with directions.
the gym was a bit small.
