“Raffles Hainan Clear Water Bay whispers luxury on a 'singing beach,' a detail that alone piques interest. Its butler service elevates the stay, though some areas show their age; a refresh could easily restore its full luster. The breakfast buffet is a clear win, but I'd want assurance of pool cleanliness before booking a private dip.”
