The Sanya EDITION features single bedroom suites with different ocean views. Suites include a living room, a dining area, a spacious bathing space, a separate bathtub, private balconies, and recliners. Guests can choose double rooms with infinity pools and garden views, or double rooms with infinity pools and sea views. Diverse Dining Experiences
Market at EDITION references Sanya's history as a trading port, evoking an old Chinese warehouse, and features food stations with local and international cuisine, including a raw bar, an Asian noodle dumpling station, a bakery kitchen, a hot kitchen with an open fire grill, wok cooking, a Dim Sum steamer, and a juice bar. There is also a 'grab and go' counter. Xian Hai By The Sea is the hotel's signature seafood restaurant with a focus on specialty Cantonese dishes and culinary cues from the traditional market restaurants that line the beachfronts at Sanya. Guests can enjoy a customized menu on an illuminated floating platform during an evening boat ride to Private Ocean. The restaurant offers the opportunity for a sophisticated and social exploration of flavor that encourages guests to customize their dining experience. A custom designed display kitchen features an open grill and kitchen counter clad with Hainan brownish-grey lava stone in a natural finish.

The hotel includes age-specific pools, such as a Toddler Pool, Children Pool, and Youth Pool, each with special activities. There is a large saltwater swimming area of the Private Ocean lapping onto the crescent-shaped sandy Private Beach with seamless zero-edge entry into the sea. The hotel has a 24m outdoor swimming pool with infinity edge and a solid teak wood sun deck. The rooftop pool, bar, and lounge are located at the highest point of the hotel, facing the South China Sea. Other facilities include four freshwater pools, an ESPA spa spanning over 2000 square meters with gardens, a bookshop run by a Beijing collective, a gallery, and a gym. The Pool Bar is an open architectural pavilion with vertical aluminum-wood slats covered with flowering vine and ivy and lush green hedges in planters. Chaise lounges are arranged around the pool on the tropical hardwood decking, shaded by 12-foot-high Plumeria specimen trees and outdoor umbrellas. The Spa at The Sanya EDITION reflects a sophisticated approach to beauty, wellness, and wellbeing equally attuned to modern living and local customs. Children can use a custom-made road to drive karts around and gain road knowledge with an 'EDITION Driver's License'. There is an indoor facility custom made with a color concept for younger children to be accompanied by parents. Guests can enjoy rainforest eco-system wonders with a stone staircase, huge rocks, and suspension bridges across waterfalls. PLAYLAND Rock Climbing Wall is available. There is a unique interactive music creation exhibit that enables visitors to control sound and music. An immersive 3D virtual reality ride brings travels and experiences to life.
Location and Access
The Sanya EDITION is located in Haitang Bay on the south coast, 29 km from Sanya, around 45 minutes from the airport with direct flights from Hong Kong and Shanghai. Nearby landmarks include Haitang Bay Duty Free Shopping Mall (2.5 km), Aquaventure Water Park (1.5 km), The Lost Chambers Aquarium (1.5 km), China Duty Free Sanya Duty Free Shop (2.5 km), and Mazu Temple of Sanya (6 km). The 108-metre tall Statue of the Bodhisattva Guan Yin is the third tallest statue in the world. Main Street of the Village can be used as a meeting point for friends and families, with program activities related to the Princess Castle and the Art Academy.
