Convenient Airport Hotel with Great Shuttle Service

shuttle service translator apps

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport terminals, running every half hour (a very convenient feature!). Staff utilized translator apps to communicate, working hard to assist guests. I felt safe and secure , which I appreciated.

Signage from the railway station to the hotel was not clear, and I initially got lost (better directions would have been helpful).

Location

9/10

The hotel is close to the airport, about a 5-minute car ride away (not a 5-minute walk). A free shuttle bus operates from exit 4, stand 5, every half hour between 08:30 and 02:30.

Facilities

8/10

The hotel includes a shopping center with shops and a food court (very useful for meals and last-minute purchases). A launderette is available (it is free to wash and dry clothes).

Dining

8/10

I noticed the hotel offered a couple of interesting beers (I enjoyed them in the evening). The food court in the shopping center offers diverse options.

Rooms

9/10

My room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The room included a lovely view of the garden (I appreciated that feature). Water bottles were provided.

unclear distinction domestic departure

the room was enormous. it was very nice and neat. the shuttle ride from terminal 2 was quick.

the front desk staff seemed unsure. they couldn't differentiate between domestic and international departures. this caused unnecessary confusion at check-in.
