Convenient Airport Hotel with Great Shuttle Service

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport terminals, running every half hour (a very convenient feature!). Staff utilized translator apps to communicate, working hard to assist guests. I felt safe and secure , which I appreciated.

Signage from the railway station to the hotel was not clear, and I initially got lost (better directions would have been helpful).

The hotel is close to the airport, about a 5-minute car ride away (not a 5-minute walk). A free shuttle bus operates from exit 4, stand 5, every half hour between 08:30 and 02:30.

the room was enormous. it was very very comfy and tidy. the shuttle ride from terminal 2 was quick.

the front desk staff seemed unsure. they couldn't differentiate between domestic and international departures. this caused unnecessary confusion at check-in.

the hotel is close to the airport. this made it convenient for my early morning flight.

the front desk staff did not know which terminal was for domestic departures. the signage from the railway station to the hotel was not good. i got lost trying to find my way around.
