comfortable room good facilities missing towels unreplaced towel

the room was very comfy and tidy. the service from the staff were very pleasant, especially kyla and jona. the hotel had great facilities and the food was good too.

they did not replaced the towels after taking them away. i only had one hand towel two days of my stay. also the towel infront of the shower was taken but not replaced, i think thats bad.

a suite stay to remember

family suite friendly staff excellent club

the room felt trendy and spacious. i especially appreciated the solid bunk beds, perfect for a family. the hotel staff was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. the kids club was a great bonus. I wish we could have stayed longer.

the location can be noisy since the hotel is near a busy road. sometimes the sound from passing vehicles was noticeable. dgu glass would help block unwanted noises.

the breakfast restaurant offered sufficient choices. the quality of the food was excellent when arriving early. the restaurant staff maintained a clean and inviting environment for all guests.

the staff were helpful with check-in and check-out. they ensured a smooth process. special mention goes to the staff who were proactive in addressing needs without being asked, they demonstrated great attention to detail.
