The staff were cute. they helped arrange transportation and offered recommendations for local attractions. i appreciated that they stored our luggage while we waited for our late flight. the rooftop pool was a highlight. i found the location to be excellent. It was close to massage shops and restaurants. it was only a short walk to both the beach and the shopping mall. the hotel offered motorbike parking which was very convenient. the water pressure in the shower was great and the water heater worked perfectly. my room was very clean. someone assisted me with my luggage upon arrival from my taxi, which i appreciated. the hotel is near the walking street but remains quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. the staff ensured guest safety, especially with visitors. the breakfast had a very nice variety of options. the restaurant looked to be of high quality and the staff seemed professional. the rooftop pool area was well kept. it was very close to the center of town. but far away to not hear the noises.

the beds were a bit too firm. it was sometimes difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the Action!

This hotel had a great location near many attractions. The breakfast was excellent with good variety. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the king bed was large. I really appreciated the friendly staff. They were always eager to help with a smile.

I noticed some minor wear on the rooftop pool deck chairs.

The hotel sits right in the center of the action. It is only minutes to walk to the food night market and Jungceylon mall, which offers many shopping and dining options. The area is always buzzing with activity.
