The staff is VERY friendly. i appreciated that the hotel is conveniently close to the Phuket Central mall. The swimming POOL is great.
The breakfast WAS terrible. I HAD to look for cafés outside to eat every day. Room cleaning requires shouting to be done. They demand a cash deposit even when the stay is fully paid.
