About Villa Colonial

Hotel Villa Colonial is an Art Deco house from the 1920s, restored and fitted out, maintaining its extraordinary antique floors. It's located in the heart of Santo Domingo's historic centre, in Colonial Zone. The hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking to know Santo Domingo, the Dominican capital. The hotel's romantic charms draw solo travelers. The Malecón seafront promenade and El Conde market are just a 2-minute walk away.

Functional Rooms

The 11 rooms come with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Each functional room features a fan, a safe, and a mini-fridge. Every room features bright white bed linens, Mediterranean and Moorish tile flooring, trendy fabrics, original artwork by famed local artist Jose Cestero, and distressed oak furniture. Free bottled water is available on request. Rooms are on the first or second floor, all with a queen-size bed.

Breakfast Terrace

The hotel's sole restaurant serves a continental breakfast each morning that includes yogurt, fresh fruit, breads, and homemade jams. A deluxe 'a la carte' breakfast is served at the table, prepared instantly with the best local products and excellent service. Breakfast is served at the breakfast terrace in front of the pool.
