Super Pleasant Hotel Experience

The room provided amenities that were useful. I found a large desk suitable for working. The provided toiletries smelled nice. The room also included blackout curtains, that helped to darken the room when I wanted to sleep. I also must mentioned the availability of on-site parking. It made arrival very easy. The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, what let me keep up with my workout routine.

This noise started early each morning. It is important that future guest realize the effect of this sounds, particulary early risers. The hotel management must address this, ensuring peace.

The concierge services helped me with my travel arrangements. Assistance was provided by the staff at the front desk with luggage storage, that permitted me to explore the nearby area before check-in. The staff was cheerful and ready to help all.

The ambience was very cute, and i found refreshing drinks and snacks ready upon arrival. the hotel room felt spacious and clean. it was the room had a new design that complemented its wood furnishings. i especially liked the modern lighting system. The led light mirror in the bathroom and all the lights were perfect, not too bright or yellow. staff members were efficient and friendly, and front desk coordinated well with the relevant team when i asked for assistance.

during my stay, the room key cards had to be reactivated several times. i learned the nfc technology in the cards can get deactivated when placed close to mobile phones. even after being cautious, it happened occasionally. i think the hotel should investigate the causes of this technological issue.

The gym is fine and has adequate machines for a good workout. The swimming pool area is nice and peaceful. the shuttle service was very comfortable, with a spacious van and reliable timing, ensuring i got to the airport easily. parking was always plentiful when friends and family visited.

mr. saleh, the supervisor, was helpful, arranged for my breakfast to be delivered to my room each morning since i was unwell. engineering service and mr shawkat were quick and gave warm service. staff members were polite and attentive to every detail.
