delicious dosa kind staff better stay
The staff was very kind. arindem suggested a delicious dosa. salini was helpful. She checked on us often. this.
the room i had was next to the mall. it had lots of noise until late at night. i called reception several times about that. it was a very bad experience.

the hotel is near airport. the rooms were clean and the bathroom was big. breakfast had various choices.
i find negative the hotel location, not much is around than the mall.

the restaurant at the sixth floor has great ambiance and the breakfast layout was pretty elaborate at the restaurant, with very interactive staff to assist and make the experience complete.

the hotel entrance had a good coffee shop. the lobby has lots of waiting area. i received a welcome drink. the reception staff were friendly and efficient during check in.

quick check-in wide variety
check-in was quick but the room temperature wasn't right when i entered it. i booked a room with breakfast and it included many choices. the shamiana restaurant offers a buffet with a good variety.
Housekeeping was slow. I had to call twice for fresh towels.

I found fabulous food at wykiki. Wakif explained the restaurant's concept. the restaurant is well laid out and can accommodate a large group. the chef prepared a delicious rice noodle dish with seafood, chicken, and vegetables.

underwhelming stay
cereal cross contamination match request
i had to request matches at reception. i was given some, but then the same person asked that i return them. who does that in a 5-star hotel? breakfast wasnt great, with cross-contamination in the cereal. they really skimped on the details there.
