The hotel location offers convenient parking. The room provided ample space. I had a fairly good sea view from my window.
Check-in was chaotic. Most of the staff were rude to me. The shower was not working, a big issue.

the breakfast was acceptable. i had the fish.
the barman was rude. he offered little information about the facilities because i wasn't with a coach trip. the room was cold and draughty, needing updating.

my room was a standard twin room. the breakfast service included a lovely breakfast selection. the hotel had disabled access and this was well considered.
the hotel windows had splattered paint outside!

generous room friendly staff breakfast selection
the room size was generous and the sea view was beautiful! the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the pier and other attractions. the breakfast selection had good variety.
i found the bathroom could use some updating, as the fixtures seemed a bit old! the shower pressure was also quite low.

the reception desk operates 24 hours a day and can assist with any queries. the housekeeping staff maintained the rooms to a high standard. the restaurant staff were very attentive during meal service.
