wonderful stay, charming hotel

clean hotel efficient service
I found the team to be reliable. They ensured our stay was comfortable. the hotel was really clean, and all amenities worked great. i especially appreciated the well kept rooms and the efficient service i experienced. the cleanliness added to the overall positive impression of the place.
The electricity socket was old. When you plugged something in, sometimes it worked, sometimes not. this made charging devices a bit difficult and unpredictable. it would be useful if the electrical sockets were updated to ensure reliability.

great advice friendly staff lower cost city view
i thought the staff was so friendly! ronald gave such great advice regarding the city. the staff was also helpful and made me laugh a lot!
the room i booked had a city view and inner courtyard view. i received room 201 and it only had a courtyard view. i think i should receive a refund for the cost difference.

dirty towel cleaning company
the staff were friendly enough, i guess, and the location was okay, near the market. it was acceptable.
The room was far too small. Hardly any space to move around in. we requested a towel since the one there was dirty. They never provided it. the next day, after complaining again, they finally brought a towel, blaming it on a new towel cleaning company and their delays. What a joke.

friendly staff easy access basic breakfast electric heater
The hotel is very close to the San Pedro market. I walked to the Plaza de Armas quite easily. The staff was very friendly. They allowed me to store my luggage after checkout!
The only heating available was an electric heater. The breakfast was very basic, I think. The layout of the rooms amplified the noise from other guests. It was especially noticeable when they used the showers.

Adequate Stay

convenient location breakfast options street noise low pressure
The location offered convenient access to San Pedro Market. It was only a short walk. The breakfast provided sufficient options each morning. This included a variety of fruits.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise disrupted sleep at night. The bathroom was small, it was uncomfortable. Also the shower had low water pressure.
