a romantic haven

i found the staff friendly and helpful. they stored my luggage while i explored nearby sites i greatly appreciated the 24-hour security guard i felt safe and secure. the hotel offers tea and filtered water at all times a very lovely touch indeed.

the lighting in my room was a little too dim for reading at night i did not find a brighter lamp.

breakfast presented a good variety of options i noticed fresh fruit yogurt cereals and eggs prepared to my preference. the breads were fresh and the selection was more than adequate for a lovely start to my day it felt very comforting.

the hotel provided robes and slippers a welcome amenity after my travels it enhanced the feeling of being pampered. i observed a luggage scale in the room a thoughtful addition for travellers this shows attention to detail and a care ' needs.

the front desk staff were full of information and smiles. i had a massage it was wonderful it released all the tensions of my long journey. the doorman was kind and helpful too.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the main attractions. it's a short walk to the plaza. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations (they really know the area). i also liked that they stored my luggage while i went on a day trip.

The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. More variety would be welcome.

There was a smokey smell in the room, and staff only suggested airing it out. this made the room very cold. the smell returned the next day. It was annoying.

smoky smelldim light

the room had a lingering smoky smell. i mentioned it, and staff just suggested airing it out, but , made the room very cold, imagine! the smell returned the next day. also, the ceiling light seemed to be wired wrong because it stayed dimly lit at night, even when turned off. this made sleeping difficult.
