the hotel is near the arena, offering convenient access to events. a large shopping mall is also right next door, alongside underground access. i found the breakfast buffet fantastic with a wide range of choices.

the room lacked tea and coffee facilities. a safe. i missed having these amenities available in the room.

Downstairs includes table tennis. This is suitable for families and adults alike. the bar offers a good selection of drinks, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere with very accommodating staff. i found the food competitively priced.

the breakfast had lots of options!!! the restaurant provides a view of the ice rink at the avicii arena. the restaurant has a limited but excellent menu and the atmosphere is really nice.

The rooms are basic, clean, and warm. I liked that. bathrooms include spacious showers with dispensers for shampoo, body wash, and hand wash. i found the tv useful in my room during downtime.

The location proved convenient for my event nearby. The lobby offers a cute bar. The staff showed helpfulness. The breakfast included plenty of choices.

My room's air conditioning did NOT work properly. It was cold. The simple room might have been acceptable at this price, but the lack of functional climate control was a PROBLEM. I expect better for the price.
