Gaming rooms (22 sqm) feature a double bed (160cm), gaming technology with live streaming, controllable LED lighting, blackout curtains, sound absorbers, and a minibar. Superior double rooms come with a private sauna.

The Arena Restaurant is on the 7th floor, with views of the Avicii Arena. It serves a breakfast buffet, conference lunches, and special dinners. The Lobby Bar provides beverages and a bar menu, serving food until 11 PM (Monday-Saturday) and 10 PM (Sunday). Lounge24, near reception, sells snacks, drinks, and toiletries. The restaurant also provides meals prior to events at the Tele2 Arena, Avicii Arena, Hovet, and Annexet.

Hotel is next door to the Globen shopping center with more than 60 shops. SkyView provides inclined elevator rides on the outside of the Avicii Arena. Quality Hotel Globe is next to the Avicii Arena and Tele2 Arena venues. It is a 5-minute walk from Globen and a 10-minute drive from Stockholm Central Station. The hotel is 20 km from Bromma Stockholm Airport. The hotel is near the Annexet, Hovet, and Globen shopping center.
