I appreciated the CLEAN room. It felt well-kept. My courtyard-facing room on the sixth floor provided welcome quiet. Breakfast was great with many options available. The location is great. The city center is only a short walk.
the hotel bar had limited daytime hours, it restricted spontaneous visits.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. i especially loved the gluten-free and lactose-free options they had. It was great! the hotel's proximity to the central train and bus station was super convenient. the staff were also amazingly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.
i was told i had received an upgrade to a larger room. however, the room felt small. i wondered what the standard rooms were like.

i was told i was upgraded to a bigger room, but it felt small. i wonder what the standard room looks like. the parking wasn't good and was very expensive! a short walk was also required.

the location impressed me, as it is right next to the central train and bus station. i found the breakfast buffet excellent, with many options. i also appreciated that the staff prepared an extra bed for my child.
i noticed that there was no heating , and i couldn't work out how to manage the shower.

flat pillowsheating issue
the room felt a bit too warm during the night, and i couldn't seem to adjust the temperature properly. also, the pillows were not the best quality, they felt quite flat and didn't offer much support. it gave me a bit of a stiff neck. finding a comfortable sleeping position was a challenge. there were no extra pillows in the closet.
