disinterested receptionist stained carpets

The receptionist wasn't particularly helpful. She seemed disinterested in resolving my issue with the room. the carpets throughout the hotel were quite stained and worn, which gave a poor impression. also, the kettle in my room didn't fit under the bathroom tap, i had to use a cup to fill it with water.

i found the staff very cute and helpful . the location was great, especially being so close to the airport. the large car park at the back was also helpful, offering secure parking .

The carpets in my room was old and damp. I think replacing them would significantly improve the room's overall feel.

secure parking was available at the back of the hotel. the hotel offers convenient access to the m1 motorway. this made travelling easy. i noticed a 24-hour reception for early flights!

Acceptable, but with noticeable problems

faulty tv peeling finish

The location was pretty good.

The room's tv did not work. I found this very annoying. The furniture also showed wear. The wood finish was peeling off. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests was high late at night.
