“Proud Phuket, Naiyang Beach, strikes me as a thoughtful blend of modern comforts and Phuketian tradition, a short drive from the airport and close to Nai Yang Beach and Sirinath National Park. I note the diverse dining options and wellness facilities, but the traditional Phuketian design, terrace swings, and proximity to nature sets it apart. Imperfections surface in some experiences, but the overall convenience and charm make it a solid choice for a relaxed stay.”

mixed stay with some issues.

inflexible staff questionable honesty

the hotel's location near the airport proved convenient. the short distance to the airport was useful.

The staff seemed inflexible. i wanted to extend my stay by seven hours until my flight. this seemed dishonest. i was asked to leave my room and wait in the lobby for one and a half hours, diminishing the extra time i paid for. This was unacceptable.
