excellent food kind staff extensive menu tired bungalow isolated location limited options

the staff were great making my stay nice, i am so thankful. devi, wish, ash, jeena, hadi, nut, pimmi, tee, farot, amm, pookoo, isha, na, and pat were all so kind. they made an enormous effort to learn my name and remember my preferences at the restaurant. the food was excellent, and the menu was extensive enough that i did not tire of it .

the beach bungalow was not what i expected. it seemed old and tired, both inside and outside. the location, while peaceful, is quite isolated. i think a shuttle bus into phuket would be very helpful to guests.

great view scooter rental

I stayed in a room facing the pool, and I noticed the view was just fantastic! The front desk staff assisted me with renting a scooter, and they brought it to the hotel for me. I thought this was awesome.

I noticed that the lunch and dinner menus lacked daily changes, made the options feel a little limited.

hard bed leaky faucet

the pool was a good size, i suppose. it seemed pretty clean and there were enough sun loungers available, so that's something.

The room they gave me was not great. the air conditioning barely worked and the bed reminded me of sleeping on a rock, i mean, seriously hard. the bathroom had a leaky faucet and the shower pressure was nonexistent. It was almost comical. plus, the whole place felt dated and worn. It's like they haven't updated anything since the '90s.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay

great location cute staff

The location is great, just right on the beach. Having dinner by the ocean was an amazing experience. The staff was genuinely cute and very helpful. Their friendliness. The pool was also wonderful. The water was refreshing and it was always easy to find a lounger.

I noticed the hotel is located quite far from many attractions. The only option was the hotel shuttle. It only goes three times a week for two hours to a village nearby.

Rooms

9/10

The room had two separate sinks. That was very practical. The rainfall shower was quite luxurious. Everything felt clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

Service

10/10

The staff was always eager to assist with any request. That was very appreciable. They are very professional and efficient. The reception was available 24/7.

Facilities

8/10

The pool area included twenty loungers. There was also a shaded section. That was super important. The hotel offered direct beach access. There were kayaks available free of charge.
