convenient beach access well kept pool complimentary water activities

The hotel provided a very relaxing environment. i enjoyed the convenient beach access. It was only about 40 meters from the resort. the pool area was clean and well kept. plus, the availability of kayaks and paddle boards was a very nice touch.

great view scooter rental

I stayed in a room facing the pool, and I noticed the view was just fantastic! The front desk staff assisted me with renting a scooter, and they brought it to the hotel for me. I thought this was awesome.

I noticed that the lunch and dinner menus lacked daily changes, made the options feel a little limited.

hard bed leaky faucet

the pool was a good size, i suppose. it seemed pretty clean and there were enough sun loungers available, so that's something.

The room they gave me was not great. the air conditioning barely worked and the bed seemed like sleeping on a rock, i mean, seriously hard. the bathroom had a leaky faucet and the shower pressure was nonexistent. It was almost comical. plus, the whole place felt dated and worn. It's like they haven't updated anything since the '90s.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay

great location cute staff

The location is great, just right on the beach. Having dinner by the ocean was an amazing experience. The staff was genuinely cute and very helpful. Their friendliness. The pool was also wonderful. The water was refreshing and it was always easy to find a lounger.

I noticed the hotel is located quite far from many attractions. The only option was the hotel shuttle. It only goes three times a week for two hours to a village nearby.

The room had two separate sinks. That was very practical. The rainfall shower was quite luxurious. Everything felt clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff was always eager to assist with any request. That was very appreciable. They are very professional and efficient. The reception was available 24/7.

The pool area included twenty loungers. There was also a shaded section. That was super important. The hotel offered direct beach access. There were kayaks available free of charge.
