a mostly good stay, some downsides though.
spacious room clean room lovely beach long beach breakfast choices various choices old gym broken gym structural work advance notice closed shop never open
The rooms were spacious and clean. all the amenities i needed were there! the hotel is located right on a lovely stretch of beach, amazing. breakfast had plenty of choices. I was able to find something i liked every morning.
The gym equipment was old and some pieces were broken, a bummer. the hotel was doing structural work , and i wasn't told about it beforehand. it was very disruptive. the hotel shop was never open. I needed to buy some things!

a decent stay, but some aspects require attention
breakfast variety nice balcony convenient location limited equipment noisy environment
i liked the breakfast options they had. there was a good variety, and it was nice to try different things. also, my room had a balcony, i spent time sitting there. the hotel located near some restaurant and shops.
the gym was not good. there was only one set of hand weights available, i wanted more equipment.

excellent service friendly staff beautiful beach
i was happy with the service. the staff was very friendly, attentive, and delivered an amazing experience. the hotel is located near good bars and restaurants. i also appreciated the beautiful beach access.
the sunbeds were taken early. this made it difficult to find a spot at certain times of the day. more sunbeds would definitely improve the experience.

a good stay!
friendly staff comfortable room relaxing beach
i stayed for a few nights. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! the room decor was spacious and lovely, it was also very super clean and cozy with all that is needed for a perfect stay. the beach is a short two-minute walk from the hotel room and it is really relaxing.
the hotel rooms could use some updating. our shower wasn't the best and the bathrooms were a bit dark!

The resort has very clean rooms. The breakfast offered many choices and was very tasty.
The hotel did not have enough umbrellas near the chairs. Drink and food costs at the restaurant seemed too high.

The location was convenient to explore nearby shops. i appreciated having a pool access room. It was convenient. the breakfast buffet was great with the variety available. the room was spacious and clean, i felt grateful.
the bathroom could use a small refresh.

breakfast featured oriental food, full english options, fruit, cheese, salad, and fresh cooked omelets in the panalai restaurant. lunch and dinner were served at the maya restaurant at very good prices. i was thankful for the diverse options.

the swimming pool was a decent size, the hotel is located right on the beach, and there are plenty of sunbeds. low-key entertainment was offered, this provided a relaxing atmosphere. gardens and the swimming pool were very tidy, i appreciated the upkeep.
