handy tram stop

The location proved convenient, especially with the tram stop just across the road. It made getting around very easy. the room included hot water in the bathroom, and the bed was quite comfy. i also found the flexible check-in times very useful for my travel plans.

i noticed some noise from the air conditioning units outside, a bit distracting.

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

convenient location public transport easy access

The hotel location provided quick access to public transport. Kaufland, located directly across from the hotel, proved convenient. I found the tram stop access to be really useful and easy to use. The Galleria was very close too.

I did notice that the hotel requires guests to request housekeeping services. This policy was not clearly communicated upon check-in, which caused some confusion. I had to ask for cleaning services and fresh towels.

Acceptable stay near the station

great location convenient walk cleaning policy missing towels

The location worked well for me. I found it close to the train and bus station and shopping mall. The reception staff were very friendly and cute. I appreciated the 5-7 minute walk from the main bus station.

The hotel has a policy. You must request cleaning services from the front desk. Otherwise, they will not clean your room. This was not communicated at check-in. There were no hand towels available.

tram stop friendly staff

The hotel is next to tram stop. This made travel easy. Staff was friendly when i needed assistance. The price felt fair for what I got, it worked for a quick trip. I also appreciate the Kaufland being so close by, it let me grab snacks.

I found walls are scratched. The appearance felt worn. It needs some updates. This.
